Guide to recharge and use Somoon credits.

Somoon Credits

Somoon credits are units used to create referral events and distribute rewards, where 1 credit = 1 won. You can recharge them in units of 50,000/100,000/300,000/500,000 won when needed and use them.

Credit Recharge

Credits can be recharged through credit cards or bank transfers. When recharging with a credit card, no separate tax invoice is issued. You can use the card receipt as proof of payment. If you need a tax invoice after bank transfer, please let us know through real-time chat or email.

Credit Usage

Credits are automatically deducted when participating in events or distributing rewards. If you set up custom rewards instead of gift cards, those costs are not deducted from credits, and only the event participation costs are deducted from credits.

• 500 won for referral participation (referral participation criteria: registration as referrer or referee after email verification)
• Gift card distribution (based on gift card face value. e.g., 5,000 credits deducted for Starbucks 5,000 won coupon. No additional fees)
• Other additional services (planned)

Credit Usage Status

You can check credit recharge and deduction status in the Somoon dashboard.

Credit Refund

Refunds are available when there are no ongoing events and the validity period remains, considering payment fees and operational costs. The refund amount excludes 5% of the supply value plus the corresponding VAT. For example, if you want a refund for 300,000 won, 95% of 300,000 won (285,000 won) plus VAT of 28,500 won, totaling 313,500 won will be refunded. (After excluding 5% from the supply value, 10% VAT is set on that amount for refund) Refunds are processed through the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Credit Usage Period

Recharged credits must be used within 90 days.
