Reward Setup
This guide explains how to set up and manage rewards for Somoon referral events.
Types of Rewards
You can provide rewards to both the referrer and the referred person as follows:
- Cash
- Gift Cards
- Custom Rewards
1. Cash
You can pay cash to both the referrer and the referred person. When paying cash, after deducting taxes and fees, the amount is paid to the customer through Somoon’s documentation process, and the amount including taxes and fees is deducted from your credits.
2. Gift Cards
Currently, we only support Naver Pay Points. (More options coming soon) If you’d like to add gift cards other than Naver Pay Points, please let us know through the real-time chat in the bottom right of the site or via email.
After the maker confirms the referral status on the dashboard and clicks the payment button, the gift card is immediately issued, and the corresponding amount is deducted from the maker’s available credits.
3. Custom Rewards
Brands can set up rewards to be distributed on-site or online by themselves. When creating an event, select “Custom” as the reward type and enter the reward details. When setting up custom rewards, no additional credit deduction occurs for the distribution of these rewards.
